4. Booking and Payment Terms

4.1 Booking Process

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A booking is confirmed only when you receive written confirmation from GlobeWay. We reserve the right to decline any booking request.

4.2 Payment

  • Full payment may be required for certain services

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

5.1 Customer Cancellations

  • More than 30 days before arrival: Full refund minus processing fee
  • 15-30 days before arrival: 50% refund
  • 7-14 days before arrival: 25% refund
  • Less than 7 days: No refund

5.2 Force Majeure

In case of force majeure events (natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.), we will work with you to reschedule or provide credit for future travel. Refunds in such cases are subject to provider policies.

6. Travel Requirements and Responsibilities

6.1 Client Responsibilities

  • Ensure valid passport and visas (if required)
  • Obtain necessary travel insurance
  • Provide accurate personal information
  • Follow local laws and customs
  • Arrive at designated meeting points on time

6.2 Health and Safety

Clients participate in activities at their own risk. We recommend travel insurance and consulting healthcare providers before travel. Please inform us of any medical conditions or special requirements.

7. Limitation of Liability

GlobeWay acts as an intermediary between clients and service providers. Our liability is limited to the cost of services booked. We are not liable for acts, errors, or omissions of third-party providers, or for circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use our content without explicit written permission.
